Callbi now makes it easier than ever to fine-tune our industry-leading speech recognition engine with your unique vocabulary. If you notice a transcription error, simply “flag” the incorrect word or selection of words in Callbi.
We’ll securely extract just that snippet of audio and text, correct it, remove any personal information (PII), and then add it to our powerful model training pipeline.

Mark it as “incorrect” and (optionally)
describe the actual word.
#3 Secure Correction
Our team securely accesses only that snippet.
We remove any PII and correct the transcription.
#4 Model Retraining
The corrected snippet is used to retrain
our speech recognition model.
#5 Enjoy Higher Accuracy
