Callbi Speech Analytics has thrown their weight behind annual the Debt Collection Southern Africa Conference by signing up as a sliver sponsor.
It will be hosted at the Focus Room Modderfontein, Sandton on the 10 & 11 March 2021. The event will be live streamed in real time from the venue and will be attended by virtual and physical delegates.
Callbi is a South African developed speech analytics solution that transcribes, organises, analyses and reports in detail on contact centre voice and text interactions – providing the insight into organisations to solve business challenges and improve customer engagement.
Francois du Plessis, MD of Callbi Speech Analytics, said the company has decided to partner with TCI at this year’s conference as it is an established event, drawing the right calibre of delegates presenting the debt collection industry. He said the company will promote their speech analytics offering tailor-made for use in call centres.
The global take-up and deployment of speech analytics solutions is expanding at an estimated CAGR of 21%+, with market value burgeoning from US$1.1 billion in 2018, and expected to reach US$3.6 billion by 2024”.
Utilisation of these powerful speech analytics technologies by South African contact centre operators has been particularly slow in the past, but since Callbi was launched in 2020, the take up of South African speech analytics deployments is estimated to have more than tripled!
“The Debt Collection Southern Africa Conference is a perfect platform for Callbi to highlight why speech analytics is a game changer for the future of contact centres.”
Rod Jones, Brand Ambassador for Callbi, will contribute to the official programme with his topic focused on using speech analytics to dramatically improve collections. Jones has over 40 years’ experience exclusively in the call centre and customer service industry. He is internationally recognised as a Thought Leader and a Trusted Advisor to corporates, parastatals and government agencies in South Africa as well as many other African and Middle Eastern countries.
Rod will be joined by Henriette Potgieter, who is also well known in the industry, to conduct live demonstrations for anyone who is interested to see first-hand how Callbi speech analytics can dramatically improve contact centre operations. Henriette has been involved with the deployment of more than 30 speech analytics deployments in South Africa to date.
Together they will join a speaker panel representing organisations such as Credit Ombudsman, Credit Intel, Debt Rescue, Kredr Khuluma, NDS Credit and many more.
Ryno van Ellewee, MD of Trade Conferences International (TCI) welcomed Callbi as a partner to the event.
He said the conference will unite the main role players in the industry such as debt collection companies, credit providers, call centers, banks and suppliers. It will provide the ideal platform for service providers to network with delegates
